Carrot-Apple Sipper

I don’t know if there is anything better than fresh juice! Carrots can help rejuvenate your vision, hair, skin and the addition of apples in this juice can help purify your digestive tract as well as regulate your blood sugar. On top of all that, this is a tasty and refreshing juice to sip on in between meals.



2lbs of carrots

2 red apples


  1. Simply run all the ingredients through your juicer and enjoy!

*You can use the pulp from the carrots in other recipes such as my Raw Carrot Cupcakes. Just be sure to remove the carrot pulp to a separate bowl before juicing the apples.


Celery Detox Juice

Do you ever feel kind of…”bleh” in the winter? That heavy feeling that tells you maybe you’ve been indulging in some extra comfort food to help get you through these frigid temperatures. The juice can definitely help get you back on track!

Maybe you already know all the benefits of celery, but if you don’t, these are just a few:

  • Purifies the bloodstream
  • Aids in digestion
  • Can help prevent migraines
  • Relax the nerves
  • Clear up skin problems

Celery is also a well known diuretic and has the great ability to flush the toxins out of your body! And its ALL NATURAL…mother nature to the rescue again.


Here’s what you’ll need


1 bunch of celery

1 lemon

1 apple

1 small thumb of ginger


Using a juicer, run all ingredients through, give it a stir and enjoy!


Strawberry Banana Smoothie Bowl

This smoothie bowl is quick, fresh, and oh so good. You can enjoy it for breakfast, lunch, dinner…whatever you want! I love smoothie bowls mainly because I get to decorate the top with fresh fruit, seeds, pretty much anything that’s sitting in my pantry.



2 ½ cup of frozen strawberries

½ a frozen banana

1 ripe banana

1 cup of water


  1. Put all ingredients into a blender and process until smooth. You want this to be a bit thicker than a smoothie you would drink since we’ll be eating it with a spoon!
  2. Top with anything you like!
